Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito pose Tuesday in New York City during a press conference on their world tour to announce their highly-anticipated World Championship rematch, Saturday, December 3, at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Tickets priced at $600, $400, $300, $200, $100 and $50 went on sale today. They can be purchased at the Madison Square Garden box office, online at www.thegarden.com and all Ticketmaster outlets.
It was the first time Cotto and Margarito have faced off since their first fight. The fight will be fought at a maximum weight of 153. At the weigh-in, each camp will be asked to provide the wraps and pads to be used for fight night, which will be placed in a locked box.
There next stop will be Los Angeles on Thursday.

The only bad thing about this fight is it’s PPV when both guys are in their twilight and haven’t looked the same since the first fight. I’m not getting into the whole “wraps” controversy it’s a waste of time to say whether he cheated the first fight or didn’t. I like them both and as fight time gets closer and the undercard builds I’ll decide if I want to drop money on this one.
