After several years back and forth the $12 million defamation lawsuit filed against BALCO founder Victor Conte by “Sugar” Shane Mosley has been voluntarily dismissed with prejudice and without costs, disbursements or attorney’s fees to any party against another according to New York State Supreme Court in Manhattan.
Mosley sued Conte in 2008, accusing him of lying when he repeatedly said Mosley knowingly took illegal performance-enhancing drugs. Mosley has said he unwittingly used steroids produced by BALCO.
Last week after leaving court in LA Sugar Shane Mosley got busted by police for speeding, he was going 130 MPH on the freeway at least that’s what he says.
