David Hayes white Mercedes, which was being driven by his bodyguard, collided with an Audi in Stockwell, South London and drove onto the sidewalk hitting a light pole.
Following the crash, 30-year-old Haye took to Twitter to lament the loss of his vehicle: ‘I loved that car. I’m ok’, he wrote. Haye wasn’t in the vehicle when the accident happened.
By the looks of it his car is a complete totaled. Haye will defend his WBA title against Audley Harrison on November 13 in Manchester.
