Former world champion Robert Guerrero (26-1-1, 18 KOs) scored an eighth round TKO over Roberto Arrieta (35-16-4, 16 KOs) in a lightweight bout on Friday night at the Tropicana Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Guerrero sent Arrieta to the canvas in rounds two and three and continued to unleash a series of punches in the 8th that was enough for the referee to wave it off at 0:29.
