Amir Khan vs. Paul Malignaggi could be canceled

Golden Boy Promotions has requested issuance of a visa that permits Amir Khan to box professionally in the United States. The request was approved initially by the Department of Homeland Security and, as is standard procedure, but the WBA super lightweight world champion Khan continues to wait on the U.S. Consulate to process his work visa prior to his May 15 showdown against Paul Malignaggi in New York City.

Khan is currently training at the Sugar Ray’s Gym in Vancouver, Canada and is hoping his Visa is approve by the end of the week or else the fight might be canceled.

I just want to make myself clear in regards to Manny just to be fair .I think manny is a great fighter and I think he will give Floyd a lot problems if they fight based on the second round between Sugar and floyd .however,I think manny needs to submit to a blood test to clear his name and this is the reason I called him
    Pacriods until he submits to a blood test.
    khan vs manny I think it will be a great match but khan needs first to win 3 or two more fights before getting in the ring with pacriods.

  5. Also Khan has questionable chin, and that against Pacquiao is not a good mix,but Malignaggi doesn’t have power on his hands, so much that he was amazed when he hurt Diaz and could not finish him.

    I lost a bit of respect for Malignaggi for bitching out and jumping on the steroid bandwagon against Pacquiao affirming he has to be on steroids because of Pacquiao’s accomplishments and then he was trying to get a fight with him lol.

I have Khan winning this one, Malignaggi doesn’t have power on his hands to hurt Khan, they are both fast, but I think Malignaggi is enjoying the boost he got from fighting the perfect tailor made style for him, The Baby Bull Diaz, styles make fights and the slower brawler Diaz was the perfect style for the quicker moving Malignaggi.

    I hope this fight does happen and see what comes out of it, but take Khan by TKO.

  8. This is too good a fight for it not to happen. A victory for either one would boost them up the 140 lbs ladder.

    Let’s have it Canada or Mexico if push comes to shove.

    this kid is extremely fast .he is faster than Manny according to Roach .
    I think that Pauli won’t have it his way this time .
