The World Boxing Council (WBC) Women’s Summit will take place THIS Wednesday and Thursday, April 2 and 3 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This historic event will feature many guest speakers, boxing champions and those working in the sport. The summit will be held at the Orleans Hotel and Casino. I asked the WBC’s Jill Diamond what she is looking forward to the most about this special summit? “The bringing together, sharing ideas and experiences of some of the best athletes in sports,” she replies.

The Women’s Summit event is organized by the WBC and the WBC Women’s Committee. This is an event dedicated to women in boxing, the beginnings of women in the sport, their stories, the challenges plus resolution, the vision and projection of women in boxing.

It will be a perfect event to reflect, to learn, to grow, to share experiences, to ask why the obstacles have been placed, but above all to celebrate and recognize the trajectory of women in the zenith of contact sports. The summit will feature great speakers, awards, dances and of course, the celebration of this beautiful sport. This unique stage will bring together the brightest stars of women’s boxing, ready to share their stories, their struggles, and their vision for the future of the sport.

This is the moment to reflect, learn, and grow alongside the women who are redefining boxing. Imagine sharing experiences with trailblazers who’ve paved the way. Imagine meeting figures who, just like you, embody perseverance, hard work, and passion.

The registration fee for the WBC Women’s Summit is $50, and these funds will go to the José Sulaimán Fund, honoring the legacy of our beloved lifelong president, who always championed the growth of women’s boxing.
