1. Don’t these two look really funny together ?
I know that Klitschko is a very big man, but still, by looking at them together, it sure looks like Chagaev’s height, listed as 6′ 1″ seems rather “optimistic.

I just read that HBO has bailed out on this fight and that it won’t be televised in the U.S.

The funniest thing is Chagaev’s nickname, “The White Tyson”. They must be referring to Tyson’s fight with Lennox Lewis.

Chagaev is a mediocre, at best, fighter with very little professional experience.

His last fight, was a total bore and with these two stiff fighters in the ring, this one will be a total bore.

Personally, I would Manny Manny Pacquiao a better chance against Klitschko, “The Russian Robot”, than Chagaev .

What do you think of the nickname for Vladimir Klitschko as “The Russian Robot” ?

Is their really no fighters at a legitimate weight of 210 and above who are decent fighters ?? I’m not talking about great fighters, just legitimate top 10 contenders.

In a bonus comment, if Pacquiao fights Cotto, expect this to be a quick knockout by Pacman as Cotto won’t know what hit him.

Forget the judges cards, Cotto lost his last fight to “solid” but not great fighter in Clottey. It also would be good NOT to have listened to the HBO commentary which focused on their fighter Cotto, talking up every time he came close to a solid blow, while ignoring the constant flow of jabs, body pucnhes and combinations that Clottey was firing.
Then there was the bogus knockdown in the first round as well. That was a horrific call by the referee, it was obviously a slip. Those painted advertisements in the ring, really get me sick.

I thought Clotty was very well prepared to Cotto and beat him to the punch consistently. Then there weer the last few rounds where Cotto decided to play Muhammed Ali, BUT without the jab, right hand and combinations. Just running and staying out of harms way, as the Lampley would explode at any punch that Cotto would throw.

With Lampley leading the way, their announcing team are always pulling for the HBO fighter.
