With all the family drama Miguel Cotto is bringing, he should have his own reality show. His uncle and former trainer Evangelista has filed a lawsuit against his nephew in Puerto Rico and is not asking for pocket change either, $7.5 millions dollars is how much he’s asking for with the actual complaints being damages and breach of contract.
In the lawsuit, Evangelista is claiming he was brutally attacked by the Puerto Rican super star. Evangelista was taken to the hospital with a broken nose and damaged ribs back in April. The lawsuit also talks about Miguel owing Evangelista money since April of 2004-he claims he wasn’t fully paid. They had a percentage agreement in place by way of contract.
