The fight between Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas was nearly sold out three hours after tickets went on sale today, according to Top Rank.
16,000 were sold between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. PT, leaving barely 1,000 tickets available for the welterweight matchup.
The remaining tickets, priced at $1,000, $750, and $300, can be purchased through Ticketmaster. To charge by phone, call Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000. Tickets are also available at www.mgmgrand.com or www.ticketmaster.com. Ticket sales at $1,000, $750, and $300 are limited to 10 per person.
Hey Steve, you know what I said to my self that Pacquio is going too win, just because it’s designed for him. He fights guys who are going downhill. But Something in the back of my mind is telling me that I might just be wrong.
And I hope its all true. We counted Shane Mosley out before when he annihilated Margerito, we can remember that one.
Shane Mosley does extremely well with guys who are willing too stand in front of him and and exchange. But he does not do too well with guys who will boxes, example, Migul Cotto, the late Vernon Forest, twice, Winky wright twice as well, and ask Floyd Mayweather.
Pretty sure for all the real hardcore fans who know boxing that this fight will be very intriguing, because Pacquio will stand in front of him Mosley and Mosley is going too attack that weak body of Pacquio and test it.
Lets not forget Pacquio took at body shot from Margerito lets see if he can take it from Mosley.
I’m not saying he is going to win, but I think Mosley will rise to the occasion.

@ Manny L. Hey at least we’re not the suckers buying tickets to this garbage. LOL I honestly knew a lot of people we’re gonna buy tickets there are a lot of die hard Pac-Fans that would buy tickets even if he was fighting Clottey again. It had to at least be 90% of those people simply for Pacquiao and the other 10% are people who think Mosley actually still has something left.
That’s crazy ….even though we all know who’s gonna win this fight…..and that Shane is gonna look old and past his prime like he did in his last 2 fights…….. O well ……..
