  1. Soto would be a good opponent but he needs more exposure, Valero needs maybe 2 more fights in the US and he also needs to move his head lol, but that could be an exiting fight

  2. I agree Jesse Z, I like pac but it seems that he is fighting safe fights while JMM is fighting top contenders. Anybody couldve beaten drained De La Hoya that day and Diaz was chosen because he was the suckiest fighter with a belt. Moralez and Barrera wher also past their prime. And Hatton is a “B” fighter that hasn’t beaten anyone either. He so over rated. Would like to see pac at least against Humberto Soto.

  3. In my mind J M Marquez is the number one Pound for Pound boxer in the sport! Recently, he has defeated boxers who are on top of their league like Casamayor and Juan Diaz. Pacquia is getting all the love, but his wins over an old De la Hoya and an everage David Diaz don’t measure up.

  4. I agree, Marquez right now is one of the best on the world and the best one in Mexico.
As much as I’m a fan of Eric Morales I think he is crazy if he thinks he can beat Marquez after a 2 year layoff, all of the wars he’s been through and all the weight he needs to lose.

  5. Juan Manuel Marquez is one of the truly great, all time fighters. I will watch him fight anywhere and against anyone.

He is pure class as a fighter and as a person. A true role model in and off the ring.

When I see the term Boxer-Puncher, I think Juan Manuel Marquez’s picture should come up.

It also is a joy to watch Juan as a pure boxing fan to see how fluid he is and how flawless his technique is.

He always gives his all, can make great adjustments and he is someone that would be great in any era.

He is someone that is more than deserving of our support.

I am trying to think if there was ever a better brother combination, who were active at the same time.
