Manny Pacquiao and Shane Mosley will embark on a coast-to-coast U.S. media tour, beginning Thursday in Los Angeles to announce their mega world championship rumble followed by stops on Feb. 12 in Las Vegas, Feb. 14 in New York and Feb. 15 in Washington, D.C.

Pacquiao and Mosley, who have won world titles in 11 weight divisions between them, will go toe-to-toe for Pacquiao’s WBO welterweight championship on May 7 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao will be making his first ring appearance in The Fight Capital of the World since 2009.

Rumor is that former middleweight champion Kelly Pavlik will be part of the under card and will be moving up to the 168-pounds super middleweight division noting official yet. Pavlik has not fought since losing the middleweight championship to Sergio Martinez last April. Pavlik checked into an alcohol rehabilitation clinic for the second time. He spent two months at the Betty Ford Center before coming out in early January. The co-feature will be lightweight titlist Humberto Soto (54-7-2, 32 KOs) against Urbano Antillon (28-2, 20 KOs) in a rematch of their epic Dec. 4 slugfest, which Soto won via tight unanimous decision.

Joining Pacquiao and Mosley on the tour will be Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum and trainer Freddie Roach. Stay tune for more info on Thursday.
