WBO junior featherweight champion Juan Manuel ‘Juanma’ Lopez (25-0, 23 KOs) hits the speed bag from his training camp in Puerto Rico. The Top Rank/PR Best Boxing-promoted Lopez is intensely training for his title defense against unbeaten challenger Oliver Lontchi (18-0-2, 8 KOs). The bout will take place on June 27th at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This will be the first time Lopez will headline a pay-per-view. “I’m very excited to be in my first main event on pay-per- view,” said Juanma. “I’ve seen a video on Lontchi and I’m expecting a very tough fight. I am coming to the fight very well conditioned and prepared. I’m ready to meet his challenge. I encourage those who are unable to attend in person to watch the fight on PPV. The fans can expect to see me involved in another exciting fight.”
