Joan Guzman will be suspended from the Nevada State Athletic Commission after testing positive for the banned diuretic Furosemide following his December bout against Jason Davis. Guzman has always had trouble making weight. Guzman was 3.5 lbs heavy when he was going to fight Nate Campbell, In March 2010; Guzman came in 9 lbs heavy against Alie Funeka, Yes 9 pounds over. Then after moving to Jr welterweight in December 2010, Guzman still came in 4.5 lbs heavy against Davis his worse than Luis Castillo. WTH!
