Floyd Mayweather Jr. is facing a civil lawsuit from a pair of men who say he orchestrated a shooting attack on them two years ago outside a Las Vegas skating rink.
The lawsuit obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press accuses Mayweather, Ocie Harris and others of making threats since the attack.
Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, said the undefeated boxer had nothing to do with the shooting or any of the alleged acts.
“As in most civil cases this is just another attempt to extort money,” Ellerbe said.
A lawyer for Harris, who is accused of firing shots in the incident, was not immediately available for comment. Harris has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges in the shooting. His trial is scheduled for February.
Mayweather attorney Mark Ferrario said Mayweather looks forward to resolving the dispute in court but declined further comment.

HAHAHAHA!! Evita, the truth is that The Mayweather Family, well not the whole family, only Floyd Sr, Uncle Roger and Pretty Boy, have given the Mayweather name A LOT of bad publicity, A WHOLE LOT!!
Honestly, I really was in the same dressing room with Roger’s team with a fighter from our gym. Roger didn’t talk much and his team were always polite when we occasionally talked.
And.. uncle Jeff never really punched me as I sat on the toilet, he only SPIT ON ME!! hahaha!! Just joking.

hmmm.. The only person NOT suing a Mayweather is…. ME!! I’m “sure” they did SOMETHING to me. I’ve never talked to nor have come within 10 feet of them except for the time Uncle Roger came to fight Samuel Serrano here in Puerto Rico and were in the same dressing room. Maybe if I think real hard I’ll “remember” how he grabbed me by the throat as he walked down the isle towards the ring or… when Uncle Jeff punched me as I was using the dressing room toilet. That wasn’t nice, I was sitting down minding my own business. Floyd Sr started acting “strange” and stuck me with a glass pipe. It was still hot!! Man… I wish I could remember the “exact” details. I’m gonna call my lawyer. I’m suing them ALL!!
