The Don King Boxing will be available March 31st, 2009 for WiiTM home video game system from Nintendo and Nintendo DSTM.
“Don King Boxing has been specifically designed to take advantage of everything the Wii and DS have to offer,” said Christoph Hartmann, 2K president. “We worked closely with Nintendo to make Don King Boxing a unique experience, especially using the Wii Balance Board. It is great for those who love boxing or those who just want a fun way to get some exercise.”
This sounds bad, I can’t wait for fight night round 4 to come out, now that is going to be a great boxing game, xbox live will be sweet.
I first have to say that I do have a Wii, but I don’t have Don King Boxing.
However, what I do have and love is the upgrade of the classic Nintendo game, Punch Out!, which is superb.
What I can say, is that after reading the awful reviews on Don King boxing for the Wii, the game sounds like a flop.
I am happily going to skip this one.
Besides, it sickens me to get anything that has the name Don King on it.
Knowing him, he cheated the boxers in the game of their royalty checks.
I don’t know this, just a pure guess, based on a King’s consistent pattern as a promoter.
The very poor user reviews though are true.
