A German newspaper is reporting the Klitschko brothers have promised to fight David Haye in 2011 and are offering the British heavyweight a choice of which sibling to challenge.
A back injury forced Haye, the WBA champion, to withdraw from a fight with Wladimir Klitschko in 2009. Before retiring next October, he wants to fight both Wladimir — who holds the IBF and WBO belts — and older brother Vitali, who is the WBC champion.
On its website, German daily Bild quotes the Klitschkos as saying: “We promise there will be a fight against Haye in 2011.”
The Ukrainians’ statement adds that “he can choose which of us he wants to step into the ring against to lose his world title.”
Last week, Haye’s camp offered Wladimir Klitschko a 50-50 split of the earnings in order to secure a heavyweight unification fight.
Wladimir Klitschko was scheduled to defend his title against Britain’s Dereck Chisora in Germany on Dec. 11, but withdrew three days before the fight after tearing a stomach muscle.

Wladimir Klitschko has been brutally knocked out by smaller, less skilled fighters than Haye; he has a vulnerable chin and Haye arguably possesses the biggest punch in the heavyweight division – not a good combination!
Both Klitschkos have chosen to fight the weakest opposition they can get away with in an already weak division, and they would be very much mistaken if they think Haye will freeze with fear, lock up, and allow himself to be bullied like the opponents they are used to. Neither Klitchsko rarely fires a big, knockout punch, mostly relying on their jabs and straight rights having a cumulative effect on their opponenent over the course of a fight leading to a stoppage – David Haye just isn’t stupid enough to allow himself to be a punchbag, and by looking at the Valuev fight, he can very easily keep out of distance and thus avoid the cumulation of jabs and one-twos the Klitsckos throw. (Having fought Valuev, neither Klitsschko’s height or weight will be as intimidating is it otherwise would have).
Don’t get me wrong the Klitchskos are a good figurehead for boxing, both acheiving phds/ doctorates and bucking the stereotype that all good boxers need be uneducated, though I believe their time at the top is about to come to an end.

Hmmm.I haven’t seen Haye in action,but he may be a bit small
at 6’3”,215-220 lb.for either Klitschko(especially the 6’6.5”,250-
lb. Wladimir).How ’bout you lads opine about Haye vs. Wladimir Klitschko and Haye vs. Vitaly Klitchsko?
