Former world champion Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios,Oxnard,Ca., and Cuban gladiator and WBA interim lightweight champion Richard Abril get ‘super-heated’ during a press conference Monday for their upcoming World Lightweight title fight, Saturday, April 14 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, live on Pay Per View. Also on this championship double-header telecast is Juan Manuel Marquez, who will go for an historic fourth world title in as many different weight divisions when he takes on WBO European junior welterweight champion Sergey Fedchenko for the vacant WBO interim 140-pound world title.   1. I agree. Not sure why it will be PPV. For me Abril is just a nobody who just got added to the fight because Gamboa drop out.

    and Marquez is fighting a no body either.

  2. Why is this card a PPV anyway? Seems like no one will buy this considering what’s coming up on PPV.

  3. To think this Abril guy shoved his way to a co-main event of a PPV. Rios will Knock him out in about 8 rounds.
