In the co-main event Freddie Roach prospect and fan favorite Dean “Irish Lighting” Byrne will put his undefeated 9 (ko3) – 0 record on the line against Priests Smalls, from San Diego. After a second round destruction of a tough veteran Geoffrey Spruiell during Warner Center War II and a quality sparring experience with Pound for Pound best, Manny Pacquio and 2004 Olympic finalist and British boxing star Amir Khan, the “Irish Lighting” is ready to strike again before the end of the year and to elevate his status as a top prospect in the Jr. Welterweight division.

In the featured bout of the night popular Armenian fighter Vardan “Casper” Gasparyan 10 (ko5) – 1, from Glendale, CA, will continue his rise in the Welterweight division. Gasparyan, representing Glendale Fighting Club, also comes out of a thunderous September win. In a spectacular main event “Casper” knocked out hard punching Anthony Charnell inside one round during WCWII and he looks forward to give the gift of winning to his fans and himself when he steps into the ring during “Season’s Beatings” against Octavio Narvaez.
