Brandon Rios will fight for his first world title on Saturday, February 26th. Rios will take on WBA champion Miguel Acosta at the Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The Split venue will also feature Antonio DeMarco as he takes on WBC silver lightweight champion Reyes Sanchez of Mexico City.
Brandon Rios was scheduled to face Humberto Soto, who defeated Urbano Antillon earlier this month in Anaheim, CA. because of his war against Antillon Soto will not be ready for February as he needs more time to heal.
Yeah Rios has made me a fan of his as well, Hard hitting aggressive fighting style that is very entertaining to watch. I think he takes this title as well as Soto’s when they fight. I like Soto too but I think he has too many miles on him to win against Rios.
I’ve not seen a fighter like Rios since Valero passed away.Man ,the guy is aggressive and always on fire .I am a big fan of Rios because he fights .Go Rios
